While the phone performs ok as far as an iPhone goes, there are much better performing phones for less money now. More storage is available, (iPhone is about the only phone that doesn't take a micro SD card) where most will take a 128gb card especially in that price range. 1gb RAM versus 3 gb on new Motorola for as low as $320 as well as a much higher resolution screen and better cameras front and rear - this includes Samsungs from as low as the S5 and other brands. Don't be fooled by the hype, Android will do anything an iPhone can and usually better. I only bought it because all my family have them so I could use the free imessage function but with some of the brilliant plans companies like Vaya (uses Optus network) for such low monthly rates and no lock in contract, there is no need to use the feature when Vaya has unlimited SMS and calls for as low as $13 mth. It's only if you need more data the price rises (eg 9gb data $32 mth). All in all a disappointment especially with all the hype and high price of iPhone.Read full review

Seller claimed the phone is new and not refurbished. I compared the phone to a genuine 5s from an Apple store and could see the casing was not genuine. All the buttons feel different and are not aligned when compared to an authentic iPhone. The battery life is terrible and the percentage is inaccurate, the phone would die at 20%. Touch ID is faulty and only works half time during use. This leads me to suspect that it's more than just the exterior that is not genuine.

Great working order but the screen was not "practically new" as it had a small but rather deep scratch and a few minor scuff marks. Other than that pretty happy!

I bought this phone for my teenage son. It was a refurbished model but in excellent working order. It had some very minor scuff marks, but this was indicated on the advertisement. He's had no issues with the phone, and battery life seems to be good. In comparison to buying a new one, this one was the same really, just a lot cheaper. Delivery was very quick.
