I've been a convert to Audio-Technica for a while. For the price point to be this good quality you wonder what other brands are adding to their more expensive headphones. Favourite part is the detachable cord that has a locking mechanism

Pro's Good quality and build, comfortable to wear. Cons Sound level not as clear or as high as expected. I was replacing a set of Shure SRH440 and feel these are not as good as the frequency rage is not as good. Base response is more pronounced than the shure 440 volume at the same settings is less.

Very nice sound & robust construction. Headphones a little on the heavier side, espcially when used with the coiled cable and can get "red ears" if worn for a bit long. At higher volume the sound is robust enough to sound loud & powerful without being distorted. But very very nice especially for this price range.

Remind you, this is not a general consumer headset (Hence not bass heavy). The down side is that this comes with a AVERAGE comfort ear-pads. Once replaced with Brainwaves ear-pads, usage becomes a bit easier (does change the sound signature a little bit)

Excellent hi fidelity sound, great bass response and a joy to listen too. Unfortunately the headphones are a tad uncomfortable at least compared to my Takastar Hi 2050 headphones. The foldable ears are easily damaged too so you do have been be gentle putting these headphones on as they will break easily under force.
