This book is essential for anyone who is fair dinkum about training and nutrition. It cuts through the myths and marketing hype and gets down to business in a way that is inspirational. I've found myself being spurred on and encouraged to reach for heights that I hadn't even considered and I don't feel like I've had to give up anything. This isn't about starving the fat off, it's about burning it off and building muscle to help get the fat off. For anyone who has failed at a diet this should be great news. It explains the 4 important principles in great detail without becoming heavy and boring. The 4 principles, mental attitude, resistance training, cardio and nutrition, if followed will produce quick and permanent results. You set the results which you want. The author obviously knows what he's talking about and he does it in a way which is so easy to grasp and get fired up about. There's a good reason why many people call it their "Bible". It's also available as an audio book which I have too. I listen to it often and am always learning more to help me get the body transformation that I want. If you want to cut through the junk and get real, this is the book that you'll want to get your hands on. I give it a ten out of ten.Read full review
