Great lens- worth the investment
what a great lens - great quality of picture, easy to focus, and the wide angle is excellent. Not much visual distortion around the edges, no fish eye effect while still getting great wide angle. The only drawback is that because the lens is quite large, it blocks the built in flash on my canon 550D. I had to purchase a flash unit. Not a big deal, because the flash unit provides better photos anyway. so all it really did was motivate me to get a better flash! I love it for my primary walkaround lens. I really really like using it, and its great even just for taking photos of people as i can stand wuite close to them and still get a good shot. if its too wide angle, i just crop it later on the computer.
Great value for money
I bought this for landscape for its wide angle. So far I had some nice photo with it, however sometimes I feel the auto focus is not correct. I'm not sure whether this is because of my camera or the lens or just happened by my mistake! Overall I'm happy with this lens
Excellent communication. Prompt delivery. Overal a good experience.
I purchased this product as I will be travelling to Europe in the near future. I already have longer zoom lenses, but with beautiful scenery and architecture to capture this lens will be getting a good workout. It works perfectly and is in great condition.
CanonEF-S 18-200 lens
Received lens, in great condition , no scratches on lens. Works fine. Very good value when comparing with the price of a new lens. Would not hesitate to purchase goods from supplier in future. Thank you.

Flair or flare ;the "your call " lense.
Bulky lense requiring large screw on (read expensive) filters.F4.5, max aperture at telephoto hardly inspiring bright viewing.Edge distortion at maximum wide noticeable. This is not a lense to point even slightly upwards at buildings unless you're into "abstract" images.Sharpness and colour will be fine for the majority of pics.Into the sun will give images more flare than flair.Shoot from the shade or get a lense hood.super wide is fun up close.Too far and everything's too small, or too much cluttering the scene. In cramped spaces it's a load of fun and life does not have to be all perfectly aligned. For enthusiasts who can aim with a tolerant temperament.
