Got this to replace a very similar device purchased several year ago for a similar price. All functions work as expected. The bidet function actually provides stronger pressure than the old one on its highest setting. The drying function is also reasonably effective. Very easy to install. Arrived promptly. There are four temperature settings for both the seat and the water. Disadvantages are that the bidet is quite noisy and the drying fan is loud, although not as bad as the bidet. The device emits an inoffensive ding about a second after you sit on it, and again after you get up. After a few days' use, this remains a little disconcerting, partly because of the delay, but it is also quite soft and sounds like it comes from the next room. The seat is not exactly uncomfortable, but it's not as comfortable as most toilet seats, and, as depicted in the photo, quite narrow. This one is mounted hard up against the cistern and still extends a little farther than it needs to, as shown in the photo, so measure carefully. I'm not sure whether I mismeasured, or the specifications in the product description are incorrect?Read full review

I bought 2 set of Bidets after making sure that it should fit my current toilets. When the products arrived it is not universal as described. The actual Bidet 's seat is smaller then all Australian standard toilet seats. It also did not fit with our existing toilets . I have to purchase 2 new toilets. Paid for a Plumber and an Electrician. Overall it has become very expensive. Not recommended unless you are a plumber and an electrician by trade and knows what you are doing.

This toilet seat is just like the standard ones installed throughout Japan, with the usual set of functions. The quality is good, the features provided are fine, English labelling and manual is a welcome change from the grey imports, and Australian Watermark approval gives peace of mind. Installation on a stand-alone standard toilet is a doddle, only requiring a Philips-head screwdriver and an adjustable spanner. It is best to fit the hose to the seat before installing it, as in tight spaces the awkward access from the back may result in mistreading on the plastic water inlet. All of our three bathrooms are now fitted, ready for the cold winter mornings ;-)

It takes me 4 hours in total to get this installed. Be careful with water inlet location. Mine is in the flush tank which means i need to drill through the side of ceramic cisten and run the pipework. It costs me $41 for a 25mm diamond core bit. I have other tools which is lucky. Check your toilet size as water can go underneeth of the toilet seat from splash. I installed this product as far as i can but water can still go underneeth of the front part. Overall good for the price for all functions it has.

Good particularly in winter as seat and water will be warm. Sufficient water pressure as I think it has pressure booster technology inside. Warm air flow facility is the unique feature.
