This book is intended for Melodee Bells, or any other instruments such as resonator bars or tone bells which have the following range: F G A Bb C D E F The scores are all color coded. The method produces instant performances with just a little explanation of how to read the score, and maybe one short rehearsal of the piece. The scores are easily performed by young children who can read letters and numbers. The scores are perfect for Preschool. Numbers, letters, and colors are reinforced, while they work as a team to produce music. Plus they can learn Solfege while they learn to sing the pitch of their bell. The pieces are also perfect for audience participation, like parents as they visit for a performance. Arrange a field trip to visit the elderly. The children will enjoy nursing parents or the audience through the scores. No experience is necessary! At least eight people are needed, but, with a set of Melodee Bells, this would be wonderful entertainment for parties or family gatherings.
