Great kitchen helper.
This was bought for my elderly mother who has much trouble cutting cheese with a knife. She had one in the past but was unable to get replacement wires & it was discarded. This board is of good quality & the 2 spare wires will make it last for quite a long time, ( I might even get to inherit it!!) Great for anyone who has similar problems when cutting block cheese.

Found it to be of exceptional value for the price,good quality marble not a cheap looking item,cuts block cheese really good,I could never cut cheese straight with a knife but this does an excellent job,easy to clean too.

Easy to use and looks good
Really happy with the product - it slices Mersey (very crumbly) cheese beautifully. I also use it to slice hard boiled eggs - does a great job. Only down-side: the original wire cutter was broken - great to have the backup cutter wires. Would recommend it to friends.

Performs well...
This is a good cheese cutter. The base is heavy which holds it steady. It cuts large cheese blocks as well as smaller ones. It seems to be well made. It comes with two replacement wires. It slices easily although it does take practice to slice the exact chosen thickness each time. Cuts very cleanly with little effort. It is tricky to wipe clean, especially the groove. It comes with no instructions. This one is the best price around that I could find, which makes it affordable. Good for those with arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome to use. Delivery took 2 weeks. Made in Taiwan. I would recommend this product. Satisfied customer.

It works well. Slices cheese as required
We had an identical cheese slicer for many years and the wires break after prolonged use so when we ran out of replacement wires we purchased this replacement. The only thing I could say I would like to see more wires with each unit but as they last approx 1-2 years before breaking it is not a great deal
