A concise book that is extremely involving regarding the ancient origins and practises of Hatha Yoga. I purchased this book with the intention of improving self awareness as well as a more disciplined body. This book, in my opinion would be ideal for those who are currently familiar with complex terminologies regarding breathing and postures. If you are a visual learner (which I am) this book will prove challenging, as there are only a few 'scantly drawn' illustrations to work with. If you are looking for a yoga instruction manual that is easy to read and understand - this is not the book for you!!
