Suzanne Young, BComm (Melb) MBA (Deakin) PhD (Deakin), is Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Management at La Trobe University, Melbourne. She is also the Director of LaTrobe's Executive Education program. Suzanne lectures and researches in corporate governance, corporate responsibility and organisational behaviour, and has extensive international research and teaching experience, having taught extensively in international programs in Vietnam, Mongolia, Singapore and Malaysia. Suzanne's research has been presented at national conferences in the UK, Europe and America, and she has published in leading Australian and international journals. Her research interests are in employee relations, outsourcing, public sector management, corporate governance and corporate responsibility, and corporate governance and sustainability
