These come with a well made carry case that has a hardened shell, protecting it in your bag. It comes with a lot of inner plug sizes to cater for shapes and size of ears. JLab have an app where you soften or work in the earphones. I haven't done this because I just want to use them. I've constantly used them and they're sounding better. For android users you can use equalisers to adjust the sound to your taste or to what you're listening to. Using it to the full potential. Apple users are restricted. The wire to mould around your ear can come loose when working out with a lot of movement though. It's not too annoying because you'll still be able to hear them.

This is my first set of wireless earbuds, and I selected these based on various positive comparisons and reviews. Therefore my review is based on how I found these compared to wired earbuds: Battery: Brilliant. I achieve the battery life advertised, and charging is quick. Only comment is that the voice notification of low battery actually means "about to die". Would be good to have a notification of ~1h battery remaining. Fit/comfort: Brilliant. These fit and stay in-place better than any other earbuds that I've owned. The swappable tips help, however the shape & memory wire help significantly. Sound: Poor. Accentuated mids and understated highs & lows. This product really needs an app that allows adjustment of an onboard EQ (iPhones don't have a global customisable EQ so I'm out of luck). Call Quality: Horrendous. Audio is especially terrible during calls for some reason, and the mic quality is nearly unusable. Callers constantly complain they can't hear me so I have to switch to the phone speaker & mic. Signal: OK. Brilliant indoors (I can get over 10m through walls). Outdoors isn't the best. I experience stutters and the occasional dropout, even when I'm holding the phone in my hand. Auto-connection: Brilliant. No issues. Perhaps this is just the state of current wireless technology? Either way, hopefully JLabs keeps improving this good product.Read full review

Got my epic 2’s specifically because i was less than impressed with poor battery life, having to recharge every 2 workouts and poor fitting headphoes that keep dropping out. The Epic 2 had a claimed 10/12 hour use claim, depending on what and where you read it. The packaging cliam’s 12, which simply isn’t true. I’ be lucky to get half that....not even, say 4 1/2 hours, 5 at a push, and despite having loads of ear plus sizes and what looks like loops around the ears, they keep dropping out. The loops are very soft and loose and though better by far with what i had, are still disappointing and fall out on occasion. Sounds ok on low base setting, I’m certainly happy with that side though high bass settings will get them rattling and maxing out easily. All in all there not bad, but could be better.Read full review

This product has got quite a few rave reviews but turns out quite disappointing in my experience. The bad: -Mismatched pair of earbud tips upon opening. -Unacceptable distortion on the left earbud at near max volume (on certain songs). -Static noise when the cable is rubbed against hair/neck. -Unsatisfactory wireless connection - occasional skips and glitches contrary to the 'skip-free' claim. -Battery does not reach the advertised 12 hours - 9 hours top. The good: -Setting up is pretty straightforward. -Comes with a good set of accessories. -Good design. -Sound ok when they work as they're supposed to. Verdict: These seem like a hit or miss as some people have good experience while others don't - I'm of the impression that JLab has real issues with their quality control to ensure consistent quality (the instruction leaflet having some obvious typos/misprints is a pointer). The issues are intermittent and the product works fine most of the time, but when they are present they are very annoying.Read full review

1- When I opened the package I have found one of the volume buttons broken (the top of the button is not sealed) so I guess water can leak in. Not a great way to finish and package a product. 2- The sound is vey different from each earpiece which makes listening to songs or music a horrible experience. 3- The battery is terrible; after few secounds from being full charged it drops to medium. 4- Bluetooth range is ok Having said that, I'm not sure if all the epic2 are bad or faulty like my mine or it's just my lousy luck. I would appreciate if the company could replace my epic2 with new ones that are actually working.
