Betty Ann Noonan Peer was born in Tulsa, OK. She was raised in Kansas City and mostly in St. Louis, MO. During WWII she married, and when her husband, John, returned from the war they set up house in his home town of Hannibal, MO, where they lived and raised their four children. She died of cancer at the age of 64. Betty Ann was a long-time Mariner Girl Scout leader and she was very active in her church.
