KAT O'DAY - PIONEER WOMAN is the story of a fiercely independent young woman brought up in Nebraska in the 1800s. She finds herself orphaned, and decides to make the dangerous trip along the Oregon Trail with a native Medicine man and a man she loves, to eventually settle in Wallowa Valley, Oregon. During the difficult journey Kat discovers the her true self and the deepest meaning of love.
Ann Ahnemann is a former French teacher from the Northeastern part of the USA. She now writes, is an avid gardener, and a thoroughbred racing enthusiast. She lives with her husband in New Jersey.
