John Condliffe 1952--- John Condliffe is a fourth- generation Australian of English and Irish Stock. He was born in Echuca on the Murray River and spent the first part of his life in the river -land and then Bendigo in Central Victoria. He has had a multi -faceted life including the following: paper boy, milk bar attendant, sheet metal worker, lay missionary in an aboriginal hostel, soldier, medic, nurse, waiter, laborer, handyman, manager owner of his own business and radiographer. His interests include family, music, community work, writing, gardening, cooking, camping and fly-fishing. He lives in Kyneton Victoria with his wife Maureen, nearby live his four daughters their partners and seven grandchildren.
