BOOK SEVEN focuses on the last of the six wounds to the heart-Inherited Wounds. These are the wounds that began in our family lines long before we were ever born, and yet significantly affect the course our lives take. We look at the good, the bad and the ugly of what we inherit-finding the keys for permanent freedom from negative aspects of what has been passed down to us. Once we realize the tools necessary for healing these wounds, we return to the heart. There, we explore the four chambers once again, after having them cleansed and healed from the painful buildup of repeated wounding. Our hearts are w ready to learn just what wholehearted living is all about-purposed, joyful lives expressed with a confidence in who we are and where we need to go from here on out.
Debbie Adams has been in the ministry of healing hearts since 1999. Her training has included studies in multiple inner healing models such as Elijah House, Theophostic Prayer Ministry, Restoring the Foundations International, Plumbline Ministries, and SOZO Ministry to name just a few. But her most extensive training has come from the school of the Holy Spirit, as she has partnered with God in the trenches of her life, where He has faithfully taught her the lessons needed for healing first her own heart and then the hearts of those she counsels. She is a licensed pastor and has ministered as a pastoral counselor since moving to Redding, California in 2004. She has also taught many classes on healing the heart, including the workshop she developed entitled, Choosing the Heart of Heaven.
