This n-fiction book has been censored by the government since it was manufactured in November 2000. It has w been re-issued, with numerous additions, under the title of The Cathays Files, Second Edition . The book details, amongst other things, forgery committed by staff in a British university (confirmed in writing by the police). A prosecution should have taken place but it didn't and sensible explanation was given for this. The situation was then blacked out, censored, by the government. The author puts a number of questions to the authorities.
