I bought one from Officeworks cos they were cheap yet seemed well featured. I liked it, so bought my partner one too a bit later. Within about a month both our screens were cracked through minor falls which shouldn't have been a problem. There are also cases reported where owners have cracked the screen on their brand new phone just trying to get the cover off to insert the SIM! They are a bit tricky till you know how. I returned the phones to the authorised dealer who quoted roughly the same price as what I'd bought them for! I eventually bought some screens and repaired them myself quite cheaply. They are a great phone for common use. Some say there are limited Windows8 apps available. Make sure you use a screen protector.
