Fabulous toothbrush - I thought all toothbrushes were similar but this one is amazing! Lovely to have the timer again as my old one didn't have this feature! Long charge so it doesn't run out within days! And it cleans "Squeaky Clean" - I know that sounds silly but it does! Has a floss feature as well and its nice to have the charging station and holder for three spare heads. Highly recommend. Worth every cent.

The Pro 3000 is disappointing for the following reasons: 1) It vibrates severely through its thin hard body. There is no padding to cushion the hand. 2) It is noisier than my $30 Vitality Oral B brush (which has a wider body easier to grip). 3) The power button is too stiff, especially for those suffering tendinitis or arthritic conditions. 4) There is no secondary button to select and set a favoured brushing mode. If for example, you prefer the fourth mode (Gum Care), you have to press the power button 4 times every time you clean. That’s four presses on a small stiff button - every time. 5) There are no true slow speeds. All of the speeds are either super fast, or reduced speeds. The fourth mode is a variable speed, which runs from fast to medium. Combine these high speeds with the harsh vibration, and the result may be irritated nerves and worn enamel. Once that enamel is gone, it’s gone. 6) Until manufacturers produce a fully dampened electric brush with truly slow speeds, like the dentist has, then you are better off staying with the $30 Vitality Oral B brush, and running it at quarter charge to get a slower, more comfortable brushing experience. At more than three times the price, the Pro 3000 does not appear to offer three times more improved features over the basic Vitality model.Read full review
