This is a versatile machine that can produce a wide variety of bread types. It is very simple to program and will reward the user who wants to produce some less common baked products. Although I haven't had it long enough to do a great amount of experimentation, I'm sure it will provide plenty of opportunities to produce a wide variety of interesting items. The unit is very easy to clean and one of the advantages is it can be programmed to complete the baking process when you are available take out the fresh bread. Of course the smell of fresh baked bread when you arrive home is also very enticing.

I bought this bread maker on the internet after studying a lot of reviews. I had a bread maker up until about 7 years ago and enjoyed making bread and dough-only with my children, unfortunately it stopped working and I never replaced it mainly because my children had grown up. I recently retired and decided to start baking again for my working wife to take to work. Wow what a difference modern breadmakers are now. This model adds the yeast and fruit-n-nuts etc for me. In the past I had to wait for the beep then add extras manually. Being hearing impaired, I only have to be aware of the finishing time and be there to take the finished loaf out to cool. The machine is very quiet and produces great bread and is very, very easy to clean. I just rinse in cold water and leave in dish rack to dry. The insulation is great and so does not overheat anything next to it or under it. I have it on a wooden trolley and there has been no heat damage at all. the three coulour settengs for the crust are great as I can bake to personal tastes. The 13 hour timer is great for hot bread in the morning. A lot of people who have written reviews on this machine have complained of the long "rest" period but I don't find this a problem. It takes 5 hours to make a multigrain loaf including the "rest" period so you just time it for when you want your bread ready, simple!!! The negatives: Well, my wife and I have put on weight with all the yummy bread lol. For a family with children this machine would be a winner not just for all the things you can make cheaper than store bought but the ease of working this bread maker would make it a fun and fuss free way of teaching children because they only have to put the ingredients into the machine and leave it to do all the work.Read full review

We have had bread makers bf but this is a cut above. If you enjoy sourdough rye then this will cook it for you, right every time. Beautiful. I'm trying to bake gluten free bread today. Bread is easy to get out of the tin when finished, and this machine seems so versatile. We love it

Makes a very nice loaf and results are consistent. Paddle seems to be a bit thinner and so leaves a smaller hole in bottom of loaf than older model. Stainless steel finish and glossy black top is difficult to keep clean. Show's finger marks on outside of body. Old model had white case and was much easier to keep looking clean. Otherwise all seems to work very well and hopefully for a long time. Old unit ran for 15 years and still going though fruit dispenser mechanism gave up a few years ago. Not sure that yeast dispenser is an improvement, had good results form old unit but time will tell.

Excellent product with many baking options & recipes. I have made 4 loaves so far & all have turned out really well. A huge improvement is the addition of yeast after the initial mixing of other ingredients and also the later addition of fruit, etc later in the process. A big improvement on my previous bread makers.
