Nice and sturdy. Havnt used it much yet. Different layout to previous one so takes a while getting used to. Nice idea of tray underneath but doesn’t just slide out. You have to lift the drainer and pull it with both hands which is inconvenient whilst washing dishes.

I bought this dish rack after searching internet for long time and reading all the positive reviews but I am very disappointed with this rack. The spout on the tray is misleading. It looks like that water will flow out but it doesn't. According to basic science water flows from higher level to low level and not because of the shape of the tray. That's exactly what happens here. Water just stays in the tray unless I lift it from one side and make it higher for water to flow out from other side. Size of the rack is misleading too. It displays size of the tray and not the actual dish basket. It was quite small in comparison to the size showed in product information. It's not easy to pull out tray to clean it because of the design of the tray. Tray has some grooves at the bottom which makes it hard to take it out and then put it back. Overall not worth the money spent on it.Read full review

The good parts are that it is big, the cutlery section is ample, it has good quality materials and is well made. The downside is that it has to sit sideways on the drainer section of the sink where it doesn't quite fit (it's hanging over on both sides), the end section for hanging cups dries cups really well but you can only fit three cups on it (you can put cups to the other side of it to use the other stands, but then you won't be able to put any plates in the rack section), the drip tray doesn't have enough fall for water to run away so there's always water sitting in it and the rack section is okay for plates but bowls do not fit in it well. If you put bowls in the rack section, you'll only fit about three of them. The spare tray for drying glasses is handy but as there's nowhere for the water to go, the rims remain wet. This could be really good if it were oriented to sit lengthways on a drainer, the tray had more of an angle sloping downwards and more cup stands were added on one of the long sides.Read full review

Study product, good plastics. I have read reviews that the water spout doesn't flow out, but thinking that I'll put something underneath to make the other end higher than the spout to help water flow out. I put chopsticks under the tray to make one end higher and the water is still not flowing out easily. You have to take it out to throw the water. Otherwise, the product is ok.

Good build but I didn’t realise it was designed to sit horizontally on the kitchen bench. It has a lip at the front so the water can drain into the sink. It’s a good idea but it might not sit well in every kitchen. We managed to make it work though.
