Russian Full Circle is a fresh approach to the Russian textbook. Deliberately bare-bones in its design, this textbook allows instructors to deliver in one academic year a full first-year Russian language curriculum. It consists of ten lessons that cover all major grammar topics and provide an ample amount of essential vocabulary on a variety of themes. A rich ancillary Website provides cultural content and supplemental audiovisual materials. In promoting both flexibility for teachers and self-directed learning for students, Russian Full Circle provides a needed alternative to the two-volume, densely packed first-year Russian textbooks currently on the market.
