  Bought this microwave to replace pr...evious Samsung microwave oven. I was disappointed to find that features that were available on a previous model were not available in this model. No programable rice cooking No quick timer buttons Also found buttons on control pad not very sensitive requiring accurate and heavy touch to select buttons.
