The cd was worth the money. The affirmations are said, then played to music which was very enjoyable. Louise's voice is rich and easy to listen to. I do not know if it is effective for change but it is a good way to fight negative thinking by listening to the cd. It can be an lift from the inner chatter of self critism.

I was given this CD from my massage therapist as I was having problems sleeping thru the night. It is an excellent CD. The first part of it is spoken affirmations and the second subliminal.
