Wales, the year 1400, and Owain Glyndwr's fight for Welsh independence is triggered by the illegal annexing of a small, scrubby piece of land. Silver Fox is the story of that fight, and of three members of Glyndwr's household who are caught up in it. Rhiann and her brother Llewelyn, fostered by the Glyndwr family, and Elffin, Glyndwr's youngest son, are swept away by the tides of war and passion.

Born in Cardiff, she lived for many years in Raglan in Monmouthshire before moving with her husband to Brittany. Jenny has three grown-up daughters and three grand-daughters and a grandson living in England and Ireland. She returns home three or four times a year to work with children and adults at schools, libraries and festivals.
