She has worked in the healthy food industry for over 20 years and is an authority on the healing power of food. She now teaches workshops and courses on raw and vegan diets and oversees wild herbs hikes with Brian Clement from the Hippocrates Institute in Florida and Markus Rothkranz of the first Raw Food Cafe in Ireland. She has a degree from Graff Academy of Raw Food Education in Atlanta, Georgia, and is trained as an Integral Life Consultant by Life Trust.
