  The most reasonably priced coffee maker that I have found which still makes... a decent cup of coffee.

  Coffee makers can be expensive machines and, in my experience they generally work pretty hard and even the expensive models don't have great longevity. This is the second Sunbeam Piccolo that I have purchased and I have found it to be reasonably priced whilst still offering much the same features as more expensive models. The water in our area is very hard and so I do have to de-scale the machine regularly, and if you have similar water hardness then I would recommend that you also do this. Overall it is a good value product that makes decent coffee and is even small enough to transport with you if you go away on holiday. A couple of minor gripes - the green temperature LED light which indicates that the water is up to temperature is not all that bright to see particularly on a bright, sunny day, but otherwise the unit performs well and is very good value.

  The machine itself is overall cheaply made and tacky.

  Upon receiving the mac...hine there was an issue with the seal keep it the basket water tight and it would spray water out along with spilling grinder coffee that was in the basket. We received a replacement for the issues faced and the newer machine is no different with being a cheap and tacky design. I have never spent more than 200 dollars on a coffee machine and this is hands down the worst one I have purchased.

  Sunbeam the best coffee making machine ever!

  This Sunbeam coffee machine is ...excellent value it fits perfectly on my kitchen bench it is quite tall and noticeable but not too wide it makes an excellent Espresso I can grind coffee varying sizes and it also makes the perfect latte or cappuccino it is extremely easy to program and it is extremely easy to clean fill and open the doors and find and fix any issues on the inside it is also very quiet I wish shopping for an easy-to-use easy-to-clean not overly big and very quiet machine that also ground beans and I could not have done better this was heavily reduced it was an absolute bargain it was safety packaged and delivered to my door I feel very lucky to have it

  For the money it is an excellent product.

  If your serious about your coffee ...then get serious with the Sunbeam Cafe Series 11. Having said that you do need to learn how to get the best out of the machine. Dexterity is the keyword. Once you learn how to stretch the milk to the right temperature and how much correctly ground coffee to use then bliss is yours. I do have a problem with my machine. The Operating dial is very difficult to manipulate after the 1st cup is made. It is tightening up under the created heat. Once I made the complaint to Sunbeam they were completely sympathetic and are replacing the my Sunbeam Cafe Series 11.

  Lightweight good features

  the product is great for the price and I am still ...sorting out all of the features. Makes great coffee, the only negative thing I would have to say is that the drip tray could be a little bit bigger.
