It Really works!!
As a Type 2 Diabetic, with increased weight over the last 2 years & having tried other diets for losing weight, I read of the 8 week Blood Sugar diet reviewed in recent "Diabetic Living" magazine. I felt motivated to try this programme and with my Doctor's approval, I have been using this diet for almost 3 weeks and have already lost 4 Kgs. The recipes provided give a great variety of interesting meals and I have not felt deprived or hungry and I am not interested in food outsider the 3 main meals. There are snack suggestions if needed. I am hopeful of achieving a 10 - 14 Kg weight loss by the end of 8 weeks living this discipline of eating.
