This is a great resource and motivational tool with lots of food for thought and some challenging ideas too. Written in a positive manner.I have recommended this book to other athletes I know with mixed opinions on the content. I recommend borrowing from the library first and if you like whats in it then buy it, that"s what I did. It's a cheap training resource and handy to have to refer back to. Thumbs up from me.
