This n-fiction book has been censored by the government since it was first manufactured, in an earlier version ( Minus One is Forgery ), some years ago. Now, apparently, the censorship is about to be removed. Amongst other things, it concerns forged documents that were made by staff in a British university. The police confirmed they had forged documents but a prosecution was t started and they gave sensible explanation for this. The situation was then blacked out, censored, by the government. The author puts a number of questions to the authorities.
