Someone is forcing business owners located in an aging section of Sacramento to sell their properties at below market value. Apollo finds himself caught in the middle when he tangles with a couple of the thugs at a store owned by a friend. Apollo discovers that a Gary Ackerman, an agent of Galaxy Entertainment, a private investment club out of New York City, is the person applying the pressure. Galaxy's private membership is strictly for the upper crust. Its invests in upscale entertainment clubs, strategically placed throughout the country. Apollo travels to Galaxy's headquarters to see why his friend's property has suddenly become prime. What Apollo...r Galaxy's members r Ackerman realize is that Galaxy is the Mexican Cartel's primary distributor...that the nightspots are fronts through which they funnel the narcotics. What Apollo encounters in dealing with this powerful mob-regulated Combine, may be more than he can handle.
