Not too bad
Bought this book as was wanting to lose weight however was unaware that you probably need the actual diet book first, this book give a summary of the diet with no real info. This book is full of recipes which is good, it did have a few weird things I would never eat but it’s a good book to have.

The foods and meal ideas are fantastic as i'm a fussy eater but i really enjoy a lot of the choices in this book! my first week i lost 2.1kgs!! along with excerise!
