Very good read! Highly Reccomend.
This book is fantastic! It was recommended to me by a Naturopath I know. I suffer from a lot of bowel problems and have read a lot of green smoothie books, but I found this one to be the MOST informative. It has a lot of recipe ideas and heaps of information.
