The Holistic Self is an inspirational story of a woman, who despite the constraints of growing up in an Asian culture, managed to put herself through university in the USA and secure senior roles with major multinationals - before suddenly giving it all away. She experienced a spiritual phemen one night that would totally change the trajectory of her life-path. Her journey took her from Asia to Ireland in response to a mystical calling, and then unexpectedly onwards to Australia. She translated those events into a proven three stage program to help people find self-acceptance, empowerment and a love of their authentic self. If you have ever felt disempowered, anxious, or simply a 'mis-fit' - the insights and methods described in this book will inspire you to take control of situations that you may previously have found challenging, uncomfortable or even scary. The author's research in such areas as sociology, psychology, spirituality, astrology, and various self-help areas is distilled into easily understood methods and templates. 'EQ' skill building, an invative concept called The Ulysses Paradox and other methods collectively acts as a guide for your journey into self-discovery.
