Effective communicator
Clay has a way of simplifying complex ideas. This book is the product of many years of reaching students where THEY are at, and not polishing his self portrait. The Innovators Dilemma is up speed and beyond conventional, safe and the self preservation of traditional managers. He delivers and articulates wisdom from the research impartially and convey's the value viewpoints with sensible language and effective analogies. This book is a flying academy for the quality entrepreneur, intrapreneur and student of the market place. Thank you Clay for your efforts, guidance and careful attention to being understood, a rare talent among academics that they will seek to be understood therefore effective.
