This book is well written, well researched and easy to read. It clearly explains why diets succeed, then fail and why in the end, we all get fatter! If you have ever wanted to understand how to break this cycle, you must read this book! I read through the book quickly and identified with most experiences of dieters. I now want to read the book again more slowly to pick up what I may have missed. I know the principles outlined in this book work because I applied them as I read the book and three weeks later, the results speak for themselves. I have lost cms all over my body (though not necessarily kg) and for the first time my body is running hot instead of cold. I feel that I have regained control of my eating and my weight management.
