With confusion as to the role of the contemporary pastor within the church, this work helps clarify the pastor's role in comparison to the Scriptural directives. This book shows the current trend of many pastor's leaving the ministry and how pastors and churches can reverse that trend. A pastor can learn how to keep his family intack even when ministry seems to be drawing him away.
