Ben Matthews is a practicing attorney and graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law. He has appeared in the Horry County Courtrooms a number of times throughout his career, a setting that features prominently in his debut novel The Pursuit of Justice. He is also the coauthor of the nonfiction book Blended Family Bliss. Though he is not a Myrtle Beach resident, the Grand Strand is where Matthews learned to fish, water ski, scuba dive, and party-and is still a top getaway destination for him and his wife.
