Michael Escoffier began his career as a chiropractor for giraffes. After numerous incidents of manipulation, he decided to move towards a less risky business--monster hunter. The second choice was successful; however, since its large eradication of monsters in 1988, he had to change direction once again. It was the passing of a fish monger's stall that gave him the inspiration to write children's literature. Michael is the author of Brief Thief, Hello, Doctor, and Me First!
