The only thing about it is that the Phone Book is too messy compared to its predecessor. The old phone you simply pressed Phone Book and typed a letter and everyone was there to use in that category. Other than that value for money I am pleased with it. Regards Charlie Lee

I bought this phone for 92yr old mother who's visually impaired, as the phone suggests it would be very suitable. Unfortunately this wasn't and isn't the case for my mother. The numbers are big and illuminated which is the only thing suitable for her. It would be more suitable for a tech savvy person . All the other features included are good but not for the older person, not easy-to-use and complicated to find and use. The spiral cord from phone to handset is very short needs to be alot longer.
