Fantastic book. Very useful information.
Great book. I had it a few years ago, but lost it in a move. Although I don't follow the recipes as such, I do use it as a reference a lot. It has useful information such as "What pimples on you back mean" and how to prevent them, or "what cracks in your tongue mean".It has lots of information on what to eat to fix energy levels and feel great, digestion, supplements, etc. I would highly recommend this book even if you don't like dieting but want helpful tips, or if you are already a health conscious person, who what's to learn more.
