    This seller is careless and not recommended. I am extremely disappointed with how my order was handled. The water purifier filter was sent without proper safety packaging, carelessly placed in a mailing envelope. It arrived damaged and completely dismantled.

    We're sorry to hear about the damage to your water filter. We package our items carefully and they are insured for shipping. To clarify, some filters are shipped for assembly. Could you please provide more details about the damage? It appears the shipping company may have been rough in handling your package. We're happy to assist with a claim and resolution, including a replacement. Contacting us prior to feedback would have allowed us to address this sooner.
