    The elastic was carelessly packaged and hanging out the envelope when it was delivered. Seller did not apologise, just said thanks for the feedback. When I asked for a refund of the postage costs because the packaging was faulty, seller did provide a refund of the postage costs, but complained about doing so. She never actually took responsibility. I won't be buying from this seller again. Also - the black colour is not colour-fast. When it comes into contact with sweat the colour leaches out.
