    Item is as depicted - very well packaged - not the sellers fault but terribly slow delivery - advised delayed then delay was delayed - to top off sendle left package on step of verandah - hardly a safe place - couldn’t manage extra steps to place near door - would buy from seller again but hopefully not sent by sendle 🤦🏽‍♀️

    Not convinced this is actual Chanel. External packaging arrived damaged as well. Very disappointing item. Should have done my research before buying as this item appears on multiple dubious overseas websites. Reached out to seller to request a return and refund as this was to be a gift and I can’t in good faith give it to the person concerned as no way it is worth the money paid given the quality and authenticity concerns. She hasn’t responded to me or to EBay to provide proof of authenticity.

    Issues cited with materials, size & value – all of which are accurately described in my listing. First time authenticity has been raised. 'Gift with Purchase’ (GWP) items are freely given by stores and do not typically come with a receipt. As described in my listings, GWP items will never match the quality of an item from the actual boutique (costing thousands of dollars). The price of this item reflects its rarity and exclusivity especially in Australia where GWP items are limited.

    Quite frankly the sellers response does not give any legitimacy to this item. I have discovered multiple websites with the same item and I believe this is what I have purchased for a considerable amount more to my detriment. Its quality spoke volumes and the return was refused by the seller. I have a $400 piece of rubbish.
