Sellers staff made a.mistake shipping 1st item with no tracking number, but as soon as seller returned from Xmas closure they answered my query and sent another express post. Which was handy as its summer and windy Herr. Pool needs a lot of cleaning

    many thanks-- PS to potential buyer- I nearly wrote off this business due to a couple of bad wraps-all regarding delivery. What I will say to keyboard warriors (I'm an EBAY seller too) its easy to rate a business when all goes well (fair weather)- but a business should be measured on how well they go when something goes wrong, in this regard I would rate them as exemplary with fantastic communication, I ordered during a busy time of year- my issues were all about volume and delivery.
