    We've contacted our buyer, offering solutions including a return/refund. Our tobacco pouches are designed for the plastic pouch to be placed into the leather pouch. We specify this in the listing description. This would avoid tobacco spilling out the sides as described here. I look forward to hearing back from our buyer to resolve this for them.
