items arrived in there sealed box, when opened one light had no hanging chain and hook, the other had the wrong size hanging hook, as explained to the seller of missing parts this wasn't enough information they need photos, seller was not very helpful to solve the issue, seller needs to change there ways of helping customers not making it more difficult, its very clear light came without the hanging chain an hook, will not use this buyer again and I advise everyone else not to buy from them.
