I received product loose in the packing box, not in a retail box as shown on the listing. Nowhere on the product received does it mention that they are limescale filters which I require. I contacted the supplier and received their assurance that they were but all I have is their word. I would not recommend and would not purchase again.

This time price is normal and it's not in original packaging again and I don't understand why. I have a feeling that it's like a 2nd hand product. Maybe original package has been damaged and Brita can't sell it that's why they sell it online. They should mention loose package on the website. Last week, Cole's is on special with price better than Brita but with original packing.
