  The machine I ended up with works great and came packed well and in very good condition. The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. There was a 12 hour time difference between the seller and myself, but they always answered my requests

  Great buying experience. Shipping was prompt and the laser and chiller were both well packed. The wrenches were included along with eye protection and a foot switch. Had trouble with the usb drive files and they were quick to email me the drivers and configuration files I needed. The system works as described with lightburn and has been a great addition to my business.

  I have huge admiration for the product supplier. The consistent tenacity to solve the setback is admirable. Over past 4 days they have requested many checks by me to identify a communication issue between the machine and hand piece.   It works and they responded to questions in a timely and helpful manor. Only real feedback I would give them is to avoid using EDI Express, EDI is one of my least prefered shippers and has the worst customer service ever.
