Let me just say that crazy-accessories-store is a trustworthy seller. Had an issue with the item not being delivered, but they said no problem, and sent a replacement at no cost. It was delivered interstate in five business days (for this reason I'm still giving 5 stars for postage time). Good communication thoughout the process. The item was as described. Overall, an easy transaction. Would deal with again.

Product is exactly as ordered in the original box. Seller is great at communicating but was let down by courier. Took over 4 days to be collected after being dispatched same day it was ordered. Then came fairly quickly after I enquired about it. But they delivered at 6.15am on a Saturday morning. His courier is definitely letting him down. But thanks to seller who communicated every step of the way. Sendle let him down.

Would not deal with this seller. Ordered 2 cases, only one received. Contacted seller who couldn't even apologise but wanted pictures of the other case and package. Eventually agreed to send another case, this time wrong case sent, offered to send another but wouldn't send it express post even though I have now been waiting a month. Finally decided to issue a refund. So I still no case. Don't deal with they have no ides of customer service.
