    I paid this with Australia Express Post 11th July. It shows it was posted on the same day. I message the seller on the 12th and i ask where is the parcel & where is the tracking number. I got a reply "Days" later on the 15th July that said: ((We are sorry let us get back to you)). Which made no sense and not very helpful to my question. I received the parcel by express on the 16th. The case looks OK as new. However the exterior material looks very cheap looking. The interior looks good. Thanks

    Postage was quick. However The leather is frayed and this cover looks used and is flaking off when I received it. It’s not new as advertised and it’s not leather but in any case it should still not be flaky and look used. Seller offered to refund money but I’m still to see it. Disappointing.

    I purchasesed this bag in purple, I received the wrong colour and it was defective. I never received a reply message to my numerous messages. I have received a refund but had no communication whatsoever. This has 'put me out' so an apology and reply would have been nice. The first photo is showing the defect, the second photo is showing the colour I received, the third photo is what I should have received.
