    Parcel took a long time to arrive. Because the item was small the seller sent it in a small envelope with a standard postage stamp. ( It was advertised as free freight ) I then had to pay $10.95 to collect it at my post office. Not happy. Seller does not respond to messages. I do not recommend this seller. Free freight is not free freight.

    When I bought the item it says free postage. But when I went to pick up the item after a long wait it says postage was underpaid and I need to pay another $8.50 to collect the item. NO! I won’t pay anymore. Please refund my money. I will forward this issue to eBay authorities to take action against this seller because this is misleading and fraud.

    Good communication, sadly prompt responses were let down by Australia Post taking way too long to deliver this parcel. I logged it with AP as lost and launched an investigation. Shortly after, it was delivered....curious...I would purchase from this seller again. They are honourable.
